Terms of Service

Effective: Beta release. These terms govern your use of Blox during the invite-only beta. Blox is a product of lumul.ai.

Beta status

This is beta software provided as-is without warranties. Features may change, break, or be removed. Do not rely on the service for mission-critical scheduling.

Acceptable use

No attempts to abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
Use only with accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access.
Follow the platform policies of any connected integrations (e.g., Google, Notion).

Data handling

We access and process only the data you authorize to provide scheduling functionality, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability & changes

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion during the beta.
We may update these terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blox, lumul.ai, and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
